What we collect
The calculators and qualification checks on this site run in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not transmitted or stored by us.
If you submit the professional review form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, subject, and message, along with standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) that our hosting provider records for security.
How we use it, including sharing with professionals
Review requests exist to connect you with an independent tax professional. When you submit one, we may share your submission with a small number of vetted, independent firms that match your request (for example, an R&D credit specialist) so they can respond to you directly. That is the purpose of the form, and it is the only sharing we do. We do not sell your information, run advertising, or share your data for any unrelated purpose.
Retention and deletion
Form submissions are kept while your request is active and for our records afterward. Email partners@taxcreditcalculators.com from the address you submitted and we will delete your submission on request.
Cookies and embedded content
The site uses only the technical cookies WordPress needs to function. Pages contain no advertising trackers. If a page ever embeds outside content (for example a video), that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy.
